Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, our estimates are free of charge. All you have to do is to call us at 917-920-6604 so we can schedule a visit to your property. We make sure that our estimates are as accurate as possible. We do this, by making sure that all our measurements are precise. Apart from that, we also pay close attention to the computation since it is playing a big factor in ensuring that our estimates our correct. However, we seek the understanding of our clients in case that there will be slight disparity to actual prices, which may happen due to other factors.

How soon can you install my fence?

We cannot say as of now how soon we will be able to put up your fences since there are several factors that we need to consider. One of the major factors that we should take note of is the production time. On average, the manufacturing takes up to 5 weeks. But depending on the type and size of fence, it can either be shorter or longer. Apart from that, installation of fences requires permits, which may take some time. But rest assured that once everything is settled, we will make sure to schedule your installation within 1 to 2 weeks.

How long will my fence installation take?

Typically, fence installation only takes up a week. But in cases wherein there are delays, such as bad weather or when there are holidays, the installation might take up to 2 to 3 weeks. Within the installation period, the workdays are staggered, and the total working days might just be 2 to 3 days. The other days are intended for curing the cement. Will you obtain a fence permit for my project?

Do I need to consult my neighbors?

No, you are not required to consult your neighbors. However, to avoid conflict, we urge our clients to discuss fence installation with the neighbors prior. In some cases, if you are fortunate, some neighbors give voluntary contribution for the fences. But even when they don’t offer, it will be a gesture that your neighbor will definitely appreciate. Since installation work can be quite a disturbance, your neighbor can prepare for it and adjust in advance. How deep should my fence posts be?

We can’t give any measurements without knowing the size and height of your fence. The depth of the fence posts is dependent on the dimensions of your fence. Also, fence posts require adequate room to accommodate not only the posts but the concrete as well. To give an overview on how deep fences are in general, here is a quick reference. For average height fences, the posts are typically 3 to 4 feet deep. Meanwhile, if the fences are taller, then these fences will need deeper posts. Should the fence touch the ground?

It is not ideal for the fence to be touching the ground. The contact between the fence and the ground has adverse repercussions. Since the ground contains moisture, the close proximity between the two can cause the fence to catch moisture.
